This cart is one of the most underrated carts on the block. Coming from a large Mexican family, I found it difficult to find your back-to-basics Mexican food location in Portland. But El Rodeo reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. Simple, traditional, and delicious.

Rude service, couldn't be bothered to get the order correct. Didn't offer to fix it, and offered no apology. I lost my $6 (plus $1 tip) and went to the Grilled Cheese a couple of trucks down, which was amazing.
